Programme Description
 
This diploma produces graduates with the technical and conceptual skills necessary to visualize ideas and messages to create an effective advertising or marketing campaign. It also prepares students to pursue a career in advertising, direct marketing, public relations, promotions or other related areas of marketing.  
     

  Programme Aims
     
  To equip graduates with the fundamental concepts of advertising, marketing communications, public relations and media studies.
  To enhance thinking skills and creativity in developing advertising messages, concepts and ideas through effective copywriting and attractive visuals.
  To develop graduates’ interpersonal relations skills and credibility in communications, report writing and presentations.
     
 
 
  Career Prospects
   
  Career outlook is bright. Upon completing this programme, graduates can work as account executives, media planners, executives, art directors, designers, copywriters, media researchers, marketing executives, event organizers, and more.

DIPLOMA
Candidates must meet ONE of the following requirements:
SPM (with 3 credits).
Certificate in Communications from a recognised institution of higher learning.
Other qualifications approved by the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE).
