Programme Description
 
This unique programme provides an internship unit that would equip you with real-world sales and marketing decision-making experience. You will explore sales management and business marketing units, gain a sound knowledge of the principles and concepts in sales and marketing, a familiarity with the significant literature in the field, and the ability to review, consolidate, extend and apply techniques across the industry.  
     
Upon graduation, you will have mastered the knowledge, skills and understanding of industry best practices in sales and marketing and an appreciation of the value of research, critical thinking and effective communication. You will cultivate vital professional skills in marketing management, marketing research, public relations and sales promotion activities.

To instil in graduates the fundamentals of business as well as specialized knowledge and skills in sales and marketing.
 
To prepare graduates to succeed as sales and marketing professionals.
 
To enable graduates to think critically and solve problems.
 
To develop ethical, competent and innovative business executives who are able to lead and contribute significantly to the business world.
     
 
 
  Career Prospects
   
  With in-depth knowledge of marketing in both domestic and international markets, graduates can aspire to be professionals in marketing management, marketing research, public relations, sales promotional activities and sales management. Where sales incentives are concerned, the sky is the limit. Graduates can also further their studies with professional marketing bodies or enrol in postgraduate degree programmes.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

 
DIPLOMA
Candidates must meet ONE of the following requirements:
SPM (with 3 credits) in any subjects or other equivalent qualifications.
For the Accounting program, a credit in Mathematics is required.
Certificate in
  - Business with the minimum of CGPA 2.00 or
  - Business from a recognised institution of higher learning or
  - Information Technology, Multimedia or Graphic Design or
  - Secretarial, Business or Information Technology
   
Foundation in Business
SPM (with 5 credits) in any subject or
Other equivalent qualifications.
   
DEGREE
Candidates must meet ONE of the following requirements:
STPM (with 2 principal passes), A-Levels or Diploma.
Completed Foundation Programs, Matriculation, Pre-University Studies.
Other equivalent qualifications.
