		Programme Description
		The Diploma in Sales and Marketing will give you the knowledge, skills and understanding of industry best practices in sales and marketing and an appreciation of the value of research and effective communication. You will develop professional skills in areas such as marketing and sales, basic marketing research, public relations and promotional activities. The programme will train you with the ability to think critically in a competitive business environment.

	Programme Aims

	•	To equip graduates with the concepts of sales and marketing in different business and industry environments.
	•	To improve the interpersonal communication, writing and presentation skills of graduates.
	•	To produce graduates who are capable of solving corporate problems effectively and ethically.
	•	To enable graduates to analyze and determine the factors that lead to best practices in sales and marketing and ways to implement policies and plans.

Graduates will be able to work in many industries such as engineering, health care, advertising, education, real estate, insurance, banking, finance, IT, retail, food & beverage, hospitality, travel and manufacturing. The job prospects in sales and marketing are huge. Many of our past graduates of this programme have found good jobs in established companies.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

DIPLOMA
Candidates must meet ONE of the following requirements:
•	SPM (with 3 credits) in any subjects or other equivalent qualifications.
•	For the Accounting program, a credit in Mathematics is required.
•	Certificate in
	- Business with the minimum of CGPA 2.00 or
	- Business from a recognised institution of higher learning or
	- Information Technology, Multimedia or Graphic Design or
	- Secretarial, Business or Information Technology

Foundation in Business
•	SPM (with 5 credits) in any subject or
•	Other equivalent qualifications.

DEGREE
Candidates must meet ONE of the following requirements:
•	STPM (with 2 principal passes), A-Levels or Diploma.
•	Completed Foundation Programs, Matriculation, Pre-University Studies.
•	Other equivalent qualifications.
