Programme Description

The Diploma in E-Secretaryship prepares students for the secretarial profession with skills in technical competencies and problem-solving. The program also enables the students to develop skills, such as interpersonal communications, office management, team work and report writing. Students graduate with the ability to effectively perform in different administrative levels and empower them to add value to organizations.


Programme Aims

To enhance and automate secretarial tasks
To impart knowledge, skills and professionalism in an executive office environment
To equip graduates with the ability to function as administrators
To emphasize hands-on training in basic office procedures, records management, computer applications, written and oral business communications, accounting and keyboarding techniques



Career Prospects
