		Programme Description
		This programme will equip you with a sound knowledge of business in the twin worlds of e-commerce and technology. It also provides an opportunity for you to acquire specific knowledge in E-Business Studies. You will be exposed to a holistic business education that will give you an overview of the workplace with an emphasis on Communication Studies, so that you are able to present effectively, as well as formulate communication strategies specifically for the web.

The course curriculum provides a sound knowledge of the principles and concepts in E-Business, a familiarity with essential literature in the field and the ability to review, consolidate, extend and apply knowledge and techniques to the sector. The diploma promises in-depth coverage of crucial areas including E-Business Fundamentals, E-Marketing, Business Systems Analysis, Web Designing and Publishing and E-Business Security.

	Programme Aims

	•	To ensure that graduates have acquired and can apply the principles of E-Business Management.
	•	To identify, formulate and model solutions based on critical analysis of common and uncommon problems encountered in the workplace.
	•	To conduct research in E-Business settings.
	•	To prepare students to be multi-skilled E-Business executives with management and technical knowledge, leadership and entrepreneurial skills.
	•	To produce graduates with a solid grounding in all E-Business disciplines.


Career Prospects

Upon completion of this programme, graduates will be able to work in various organizations, or start their own business, as E-Marketers, technopreneurs, website managers, E-business consultants, and E-commerce solutions facilitators. Our past graduates have secured good jobs in reputable companies.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

DIPLOMA
Candidates must meet ONE of the following requirements:
•	SPM (with 3 credits) in any subjects or other equivalent qualifications.
•	For the Accounting program, a credit in Mathematics is required.
•	Certificate in
	- Business with the minimum of CGPA 2.00 or
	- Business from a recognised institution of higher learning or
	- Information Technology, Multimedia or Graphic Design or
	- Secretarial, Business or Information Technology

Foundation in Business
•	SPM (with 5 credits) in any subject or
•	Other equivalent qualifications.

DEGREE
Candidates must meet ONE of the following requirements:
•	STPM (with 2 principal passes), A-Levels or Diploma.
•	Completed Foundation Programs, Matriculation, Pre-University Studies.
•	Other equivalent qualifications.
