Application Documents:

All international students are required to read the rules and regulations carefully and ensure all documents are complete.

Please fill-up the International Student Application form (Click Here) and submit to our International Sales Office. Details MUST BE complete and attach with these documents:

New Applicants from Country of Origin:

•	Initial payment of RM600 for registration fee (not refundable), RM1,650 for visa processing fee (not refundable), RM1,500 for personal bond (refundable - fee depend on country, Click Here) and EMGS Visa Levy Fee RM1,830 (fee depend on country, Bank Draft payable to "EMGS ESCROW ACCOUNT 1")
•	8 passport sized photographs (3.5cm x 5cm)
•	Two (2) set photocopy of your passport - include all pages, including blank pages. (The Passports must have validity at least one year).
•	Certified true copies of all relevant academic results and transcripts
•	Pre-screening for medical to avoid any rejection (Report Form, Click Here)
•	English translations of all relevant documents for submission
•	Hostel Application Form (if you require accommodations).

Transfer Students (International Students in Malaysia):

•	Certified true copy of your school leaving certificate, recent transcripts and results, attendance record and a release letter

Within SEVEN (7) days on arrival in Malaysia, students are required to do medical screening at the appointed clinic by EMGS (Education Malaysia Global Services). Students are also to submit the pre-screening medical report from their own country for visa application as well. Annual Medical Check is also required for Visa Renewal.

An Offer Letter will be issued by KLMUC upon receiving full documents.

All new international students are required to make the initial course fee payment as stated in the Offer Letter, amounting between RM13,000 to RM17,000 (1st Year course fee) depending on the programme of studies.

Note:

The 1st year full payment must be made prior to the process of visa applications.
